Pre-orders, Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping
Thank you for purchasing an Elle Tanner product! These have been years in the making and you have helped us reach our goal! The estimated shipping time for all pre-orders is April 2018. We promise to update you on the progress of your shipment. Anytime between the original sale and the time we fulfill your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Use the links provided in the confirmation email or send Cameron an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has been fulfilled, the following rules will be enforced. Thanks!
Not right for you? That's OK. You are an awesome mom regardless! We will gladly refund unworn, unwashed products with original packaging within 14 days of delivery date. If you would like to schedule a return, please email Cameron at email@example.com to arrange a return. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All CLEARANCE items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot guarantee exchanges or hold items for exchange. If you have any questions, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
